Trevor K. Brewer
Trevor Brewer’s practice includes business
counseling and personal planning, with particular focus on meeting the
needs of business owners and executives. He assists
individuals
and families to develop effective estate and asset protection plans,
and he aids with the administration of trusts and estates. Trevor also
advises individuals and businesses with matters of general corporate
and commercial law, including choosing the right corporate structure,
preparing owners’ agreements, operating the business, and transferring
the business by sale, merger, or family succession. In both business
counseling and personal planning, Trevor helps his clients to
understand and make decisions regarding federal and state taxation.
Trevor Brewer received his Bachelor of
Science degree in finance, summa
cum laude
and with university honors, from the University of Central Florida in
1997. Trevor’s Juris Doctorate degree was conferred in 2000 by Emory
University School of Law, where he was a managing editor for the Emory Law Journal
and a teaching assistant for the school's legal writing and research
course. Trevor was selected for the Emory Chapter of the Order of the
Coif, which admits law students who graduate in the top 10% of their
classes.
Trevor Brewer is admitted to practice in
Florida,
and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar
Association. He is a past member of the board of directors of the UCF
Alumni Association, and he is a past president of the UCF Burnett
Honors College Alumni Chapter.
Trevor Brewer was selected as a Legal Elite™
Up & Comer by Florida
Trend
magazine for both 2005 and 2008. In 2002, Trevor was awarded the UCF
Rising Star Alumni Leadership Award, and in 2004 he received the UCF
Alumni Association’s Professional Achievement Award.
