Ashley Brewer practices Of Counsel with
BrewerLong. Her primary practice area is real estate, including land
use, sale and purchase contracts from negotiation through closing and
post-closing, title, financing, commercial leasing, and homeowners
associations.
Ashley Brewer also has significant
experience in government relations and administrative law. She
previously served as Assistant General Counsel to the Orlando-Orange
County Expressway Authority, the Sanford Airport Authority, and the
City of DeBary, handling matters such as public records, public ethics,
contract procurement procedures, system software and hardware
contracts, construction contracts, transportation contracts, and
intellectual property licensing agreements.
